Plasma HD Cutting

This is an important basic service, indispensable to enable the quick start-up of all your metal transformation and manufacturing projects.

Bending And Forming

The main force of Méta-For is undoubtedly its CNC press-brake equipment (5 machines) that may transform metal sheets and plates up to 6’’ thick.

Plate Rolling

We have three (3) plate rollers to meet all your requirements in the field of bowing and bending sheets and plates according to your specifications. Maximal capacity of 1’’ x 10 feet wide and ½’’ x 16’3’’ feet wide.

Angle-Iron Rolling And Structural Shaping

We use four (4) angle-iron rollers, to bow and bend structural shapes and tubular shapes (HSS tubes and pipes).

Maximal capacity of 8’’ x 8’’ x ¾’’ (refer to PDF Specs table).

Machining

Thanks to our three (3) machining centers, an additional service can be provided to you under the same roof, so we can complete your work pieces or your mechanically-welded work that require high-precision processes.

Welded-Assembly

Méta-For completes its service offer with the welded-assembly process. Our team of experienced welders are all CWB - 47.1 div.2 - W47.2M div.2.1 certified. Moreover, we have also entered in the setting-up process for the ASME certification for 2012.
